its the thought that counts, really every year, & i really mean every year, this special day of mine is reserved for you & you only. however this year, you can't celebrate with me on the actual day because of work, this i understand, i really do. so we set it on Friday instead. & now, just right before the day, you ask if we can cancel it. you may blame me for not being understanding. for not considering your current feeling. how down you are right now. but truly, what is my position in your heart? "i will never put my bf before you, if i ever have in the future" you said, many years back. guess over the years things have changed? guess it's really easier to say than do? you have no idea how sad i am right now. its really not all the fanciful; expensive gifts i ask of. but really the thought, the thought for me, just for this special day of mine. is it too much to ask for? |
